2. The digital image should be a .jpg file, and the file name should be:

3. Include birth dates for all members under the age of 18

5. Children need to have a new photo submitted every 2 years.
6. Pictures that do not meet these requirements will be returned and passes will not be made.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR PASS EACH SEASON! We will affix a current year sticker to the back of it and reuse it each year (with the exception of children under 18, who are required to submit a new photo for a new pass every 2 years).

What's a pool without pool rules? Well, we have them too. But to make things easier, here's a quick reference to some of the relevant policies and procedures you should know!
In addition to the Glen Cove Swim Club Rules and Regulations and Guest Rules that apply to the "in season," the pool board also allows residents to park in the swim club parking lot, provided they have the appropriate hang tag on display. Please review the parking policies which apply at all times.

Parking lot closures
During the swim team season, the pool parking lot will periodically be closed to allow for home and away swim team families to park at the pool. Notices will be given the night prior to morning meets to allow neighborhood residents time to move their vehicles. Please CLICK HERE for dates and additional information.

Pool Passes
Pool passes are required to enter the pool. In order to obtain a pool pass, your annual dues must be paid. Dues are $300 for GCCA and HOA members (in addition to annual HOA dues if you reside in the Glen Cove HOA), and $350 for all others ($340 for "early birds").
Bills were mailed to residents in March and are due by March 31st in order to avoid a late fee. Checks should be made payable to Glen Cove Swim Club and may be mailed to:
